Raw Material
The material including 35CrMo4,42CrMo4,or according our cilent's requirement
Forging
Check the material of the forging,the status after forging and check whether the forging has the defect of the lamination and the surface crack.Measuring the size of the forging,calculation the processing allowance and accurate to estimate the cutting times in the turning process.
Rough turning
Rough turning according to the processing drawing
Finish Turning
After rough turning of bearing inner and outer ring.Using three-point-supporting to keep flat to aging processing(not less than 48 hours)in order to eliminate the inner stress during the rough turning process,and prevent the work piece be heated with deformation
Heat Treatment
Medium frequency quenchrdnessing on the surface of the raceway for slewing bearings,hardness
Shaping process
For the gears,before grinding need to have shaping process,in strict accordance with the techincal requirments,and precision grade need to meet the techinal requiements
Drilling
Program or mark and test accurately in CNC drilling machine according to the technical requirement in the drawing to make sure no dimension difference existed before drilling,installing holes should be combined processed with soft band 180degree alternates and errors between holes no bigger than 0.5mm.
Grinding
Resign drinding wheel with granularity at 46 or 60 degrees is applied, the finish grinding amout should be less than that of rough grinding,the smooth of finish and dimension should meet the techincal requirements on the drawing
Package
For exportation,we always choose strong free-fumigation plywood case with pallet for heavy and big gearbox,and for small gearbox,cartons would be provided,or packed in a pallet
